Are the products included in the printing price?
You normally supply the products, and the quote covers printing or engraving. Our sublimation mugs with a white outer surface are the exception: we supply the mug and the print.
What is the delivery time?
Typically within 10 business days after proof approval.
Can I order a single item?
Yes. We make individual items for mugs and engravings.
What file format for the logo?
Vector files (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) are best. Image files can be checked.
